We offer a 2-year warranty on the electrical components of Solis products. This includes the charger, the batteries, the heating wires inside the clothes, and the ignition button.  

Our products are covered by a warranty for their practical lifespan, but unfortunately not indefinitely. Over time, fabrics and colours lose their characteristics, and moving parts wear out. We provide this guarantee until the product is considered to have reached the end of its practical life, worn out or beyond repair.

The lifetime of a product varies according to its individual use, making it impossible to estimate a precise period. It will be determined at the discretion of a warranty service representative, considering various factors such as the type of product, its use, the problem encountered, and its age. Additional information may be required to assess the situation accurately.

We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible products. Chlorophylle products are designed to last and require careful maintenance. If your product shows signs of wear, it may be time to replace it.

The warranty covers the original manufacture of the product. Any alteration made by a person who is not part of our affiliated and/or authorized services will void the product warranty.

You must fill out our service form. You can then explain a little more about your product and the type of problem you are experiencing.

Once we receive your request, we will complete a full evaluation and tell you how we can help you.

The warranty applies only to the original owner of the garment.  Proof of purchase is required.  

Look for the care label on your garment.  It can be found on the bottom inside of the garment or in a jacket pocket.  The information can be found there. 

Please note that CA#17248 is our manufacturer identification number. You will find this number on all items manufactured by Chlorophylle. It is not a product specific identification number.

To properly identify your garment, we will need:

• Model number (5 digits)
• Lot number
• Style name
