You can purchase a Chlorophylle gift card electronically and physically online.

You can also purchase a physical Chlorophylle gift card in one of our boutiques.  Consult the list of our Chlorophylle boutiques.

You can use both your electronic and physical gift cards in-store and on our website. Please refer to our list of Chlorophylle boutiques at https://chlorophylle.com/en/find-a-shop

To use your card online, go to your shopping cart at checkout.

You must first use your gift card if the payment is not sufficient to pay for the entire order, and then use your credit card.

Click on the "Gift card" tab and enter your card's 21-digit number. If you don't have a security code, leave the corresponding field blank.

If your credit card is already associated with your user account, please select "Use new card/payment method". You will then be able to access the "Gift card" tab.

If you used two different payment methods to pay for your order, you will receive a refund on the second method first. For example, if you paid for your order with a gift card and a credit card, we will refund the credit card payment first. If the value of the items you returned exceeds the amount paid by credit card, the remainder will be refunded as a gift card. The electronic gift card will be emailed to you when the return is finalized.

If you paid with a physical gift card and are making a return, the refund will be given to you with an e-gift card. 

Chlorophylle is not responsible for the loss, theft or unauthorized use of the card. This card is worthless until it is paid for and put into service by Chlorophylle. Protect this card like cash.

 If your gift card is lost or stolen, contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. 

Once a gift card has been issued, it is no longer possible to cancel the card.
