Delivery time is 3 to 7 business days* (Monday to Friday) within Canada after your order has been authorized.

*Please note that weather, holidays, busy periods, and incorrect shipping information may delay the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, Chlorophylle cannot control or refund for problems of this nature.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You will then be able to track your order until it reaches you.

When you order online, in most cases the items in your order will be delivered by Canada Post in a single shipment. Occasionally, if your order requires items available in-store, it will be delivered by Purolator*.

However, you will have the option of choosing Purolator* delivery when finalizing your order. Charges apply.

* Please note that we always require a signature on receipt of Purolator shipments.

Free shipping on purchases of $75* or more before taxes are made in Canada. Free shipping is offered by Canada Post standard mail.

Optional Purolator service is available at an extra charge. Please note that we ship with a requested signature upon receipt.

For orders under 75$* before taxes, a 10$** fee will be charged.

From the website, we deliver only in Canada. However, you can contact us by filling out this form. We will estimate the cost, as customs and shipping fees apply, and we can ship it to you.
