We understand how important it is for you to receive your orders quickly, especially at this time of year.

Since November 15, 2024, Canada Post has been on a national strike, which has disrupted mail and parcel processing and delivery.

Good news: Purolator now delivers all our online orders, so the strike will not affect the receipt of your items. However, delivery may take a little longer as Purolator handles an increased volume of packages.

However, shipments to remote areas that would normally have been transferred to Canada Post for final delivery will be held at the points closest to the customer. They will be returned to Canada Post as soon as the dispute is resolved.

Shipping is free on orders of $75* or more before taxes within Canada.

Shipping fees will be charged according to destination for orders under $75* before taxes. These charges are non-refundable.

* Fees may apply for certain regions.

Delivery time is 3 to 7 business days* (Monday to Friday) within Canada after your order has been authorized.

*Please note that weather, holidays, busy periods, and incorrect shipping information may delay the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, Chlorophylle cannot control or refund for problems of this nature.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You will then be able to track your order until it reaches you.

* Due to the Canada Post strike, our shipments are made with Purolator.

When you order online, in most cases the items in your order will be delivered by Canada Post in a single shipment. Occasionally, if your order requires items available in-store, it will be delivered by Purolator*.

However, you will have the option of choosing Purolator* delivery when finalizing your order. Charges apply.

* Please note that we always require a signature on receipt of Purolator shipments.

From the website, we deliver only in Canada. However, you can contact us by filling out this form. We will estimate the cost, as customs and shipping fees apply, and we can ship it to you.
