CROSSING EUROPE ON FOOT
Arthur and Mélodi, two young people from France who met in Montreal in 2018 and who love hiking and adventure, have started a journey in March 2021 to cross Europe on foot. The journey from Plouay to Istanbul is 5000 km long and is planned over nearly 365 days.

27 years old and originally from Melrand in France, Arthur spent almost two years in Canada, including a year in Quebec City. He worked for a well-known store in Quebec City, Latulippe, reseller of our Chlorophylle brand, but also for one of our Chlorophylle stores, in Place de la Cité. He is used to travel and has visited our beautiful country from one end to the other. He has also traveled in Latin America from South to North and visited our cousins the Kiwis in New Zealand.
As for Mélodi, born in Paris but of Turkish origin, she is 24 years old and is an adventurer who loves discoveries and meetings. Having studied in Sherbrooke a few years ago, then met Arthur in 2018, she carries Canada in her heart. It is together that the companions have, in 2019, crossed Canada by hitchhiking.
It is with determination and desire that they are launching this new project: Crossing Europe on foot! An event to be followed in step, during which the Chlorophylle brand is represented on the old European continent!
At the time of today, they have already covered more than 1300 km and they already count a lot of meetings with the locals, to be in total immersion. However, they are unfortunately encountering waste that they collect day after day along the hiking trails (2kg per day). Like what, the protection of the environment, it is something to work on worldwide.
