A globe-trotter
Experienced traveler Arnaud Bouquet has filmed travel shows and documentaries all over the world. His work has allowed him to meet people from all over the world, such as Kurdish fighters in the heat of Iraq, the last elephant trainers in the jungle in northern Cambodia, survivors of the terrible Haitian earthquake, children lost from Manila or Rio de Janeiro.
Various and diverse projects
The director and cinematographer is committed to presenting travel initiatives that turn their backs on mass tourism, through projects aimed at highlighting the youth of Arab countries or documenting the fragilities of the Arctic world. Lately, he has explored the field of fiction with his collaborator and long-time friend Bruno Blanchet. His projects have been broadcast on TV5, ICI Radio-Canada, Télé Québec, TVA, France Télévisions, ARTE. Arnaud is the recipient of Gémeaux awards, Numix awards, and a Canadian Screen award.
Adapted clothing
Arnaud knows what he needs during his travels. "When I travel, I try to take as little as possible but to choose the most suitable clothes. A good piece often becomes a companion that is hard to live without.
