Present your gift card at the checkout at the time of the transaction or enter the information in the appropriate fields on the website. When paying online with the gift card, it is possible to use more than one gift card.
The remaining balance can be used on your next purchase. This gift card is not redeemable for cash. The residual value is listed on the purchase receipt and can be checked at any checkout in one of our Chlorophylle stores or on the website at www.chlorophylle.com.
The sale of a gift card is not taxable. When used to pay for a purchase, it is a form of payment like cash. Taxes must therefore be calculated on the price of each item sold, before the value of the gift card is deducted.
Gift cards are excluded from any promotion. When a minimum amount is requested for the application of a promotional code, this amount must be reached before taxes and delivery costs, excluding gift cards.
The physical gift card purchased online at www.chlorophylle.com will be delivered free of charge in 4 to 7 business days in Canada.
Chlorophylle is not responsible for the loss, theft or unauthorized use of the card. This card is worthless until it is paid for and activated by Chlorophylle. Protect this card like cash.
