Organic : Choosing organic cotton is a great way to protect the environment and support sustainable farming practices. Organic cotton is cotton that is grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides, it consumes much less water than regular cotton. It is grown on land that has been treated by giving it enough time for the elimination of all toxic residues of chemical fertilizers and pesticides used previously.

Proudly designed and made in Quebec, our Fox t-shirt represents a sort of crazy project that became a reality for the Chlorophylle team. It is a testament to the strength of the commitment of our collaborators and partners, who rallied around this project. First of all, there was the choice of a 50% organic cotton and 50% recycled polyester t-shirt that was not dyed. Then there was the selection of two images from the impressive gallery of our ambassador Mario Cyr and our collaborator Éric Deschamps, followed by quotes testifying to their love for Nature. Finally, our designers were able to put together all the pieces of the puzzle to launch the production made in Quebec by the Quebec company Carbon Neutral Attraction. In conclusion, we offer two shirts for which $10 of the profits will be donated to the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (CPAWS Quebec), a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection of nature.

The story behind the image 
The wilderness photographer Éric Deschamps nicknamed Lionne, this beautiful fox crossed in the Magdalen Islands. His meeting with her was one of the most beautiful moments of his life, he does not hesitate to say. "What was magnificent in her environment was the dunes typical of the archipelago. She took advantage of the little snow and the strong winds to make her hunting technique much easier. I could sometimes stay on top of a dune while Lionne was a little lower walking her territory. It was on an occasion like this that I was able to capture that moment where you can see Lionne walking up one of her dunes," he recounted in a post on his Instagram page. Admit it, it's a privilege to witness the encounters of this enthusiast and the animals he comes across via his photo lens.

Who is CPAWS Quebec?
The Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society is creating a network of protected areas across the province to ensure the long-term protection of the boreal forest and to ensure the proper management of existing protected areas.

Each sweater is unique because it is made from organic cotton that has not been dyed to reduce water and chemical consumption. Just like nature, which is evolving and moving, the materials will adapt over time. Thus, the texture, the colors, or the eco-friendly black ink of the design could change.
